I need a php script to unrar and rar files directly from my web host. It would be nice to have included the password and split function.

It cant be done because Rarsoft didnt publish any documentation of rar archiving format - its top secret formula... but you can use some executable and execute it from php with parametrs... if the server is on windows, try rar.exe / unrar.exe command line tools.
