The Solution Rating System

Joining Tables in Mysql with php

Hi experts ; i have 2 tables, one of them is file other is comments.File tabel has ; id,link, file_name, file_size,date,category,subcategory columns and comments table has ; id ,file_id,comment,date,points columns.In comments table there are lots of points and comments that belongs to same file_id (same as id in the file table).
What i want to do is select all files from file where category=x and subcategory=y and the average point of the file from comments in the same query.      Start Free Trial
