The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Why this code skips one sid

I have setup this form (in snippet please see the code). What I am trying to do is send an id field for every record to another script Update.php so the update process can happen. However it send the sid field wrong . What could I be doing wrong
