How to make a link from the database table

Dear Experts

I have a form in which visitors enter some data and hit submit. There is a drop down menu oh the same for where they choos city. What I want to do is somehow populate another form which has the city names that the visitors chose, as a link, and then when visitor click on that link it shows all the records that were entered for that city in the previous form.
Now I was doing some research and I seen somewhere to use GETid or something but I am not sure how to go about it.
