How di I integrate banner ads into PHPBB3 (ads inline every 3rd, or 4th, etc post)

I'm setting up a phpbb3 forum, and I've been searching for a mod that will automatically insert a specified ad after every 3rd or 4th post.  Is this possible, or is there a mod that exists to do this?

I'd also like to find out how to insert banner ads into the topics (like this forum: http://www.gamefishin.com/community/index.php).

Any clues regarding either of these questions would be greatly appreciated!
