Need if/then statement that checks http path

I have been trying to get an if/then statement to work that will check the current http path of the user and if they are in a certain directory use code bit A and otherwise code bit B. I have attached the code I'm working on. It should very simply determine if the user is anywhere under the /wp directory, and if they are show the code seen in the snippet below, and if not show the code under else.
