How do I install GhostScript?

I am working with our web developer on this project. He need to have ImageMagick installed on our web host (1and1.com). I managed to get that done through SSH, but now he needs GhostScript installed on it as well and I cannot figure out how to get that done. It helped that I had a step by step for the ImageMagick install, but I can't find one for GhostScript.

Can someone please hold my hand and walk me through this?
