I am trying to connect to the canda post by using this page.
Previously my site is hosted on Linux server now i took it to the Unix one, when i try to open the page it gives me following error messgae:

That's a warning not an error. IF you want the message to go away, where you are calling it you can either remove the & from the argument OR put an @infront of the call.

You have not posted you code, so for the sake of argument let's say you have a function named foo(). On your code you may have something like:
$x=3;
foo( &$x);

You can get rid of the warning if you do:
@foo(&$x);

However, this will hide the warning but you will get unexpected errors because $x may not have the value it should after it is done executing. Your server config is no allowing calls where the variable has a & infront of it. You need to open your php.ini file and make sure that you change:
allow_call_time_pass_reference =false;

to
allow_call_time_pass_reference =true;

or if it is not on your file at all, make sure you add it.
