Moving site containing mysql and php files from local machine (Windows XP) to ISP server

I have installed MySQL and PHPadmin on my XP machine.
I am creating a business site containing database tables for product, orders etc.
I plan to use paypall for transations so I don't have to deal with that.

Once I am satisfied with the site on my machine what is the best way to move it to the ISP server.
I have created one table so far. I can see it in phpAdmin but don't know how to find it on my desktop. Does the database exist as a file, I can't imagine that all of the sql scritps used to create all of the tables would have to be repeated.  if so what would the extension be (.opt ?) ? I found a file with that extension but it won't open.

I have everything else in a folder (myshop) that can be moved, but what / where would the tables be?
