im working on a website for a friend who is supply a service for customers which has a few options. The main option im seeking advice on is the option for paying customers to download some forms , which im proposing be in PDF format that can only be printed.
I was curious if there was a way for me to insert a web order/reference number onto the form at all and how easy it would be to achive. I have seen some pdf printer type programs and also some executable version that can join pdfs together etc.
I would also like to know if its possible to protect the downloads with a generated URL of some kind, to stop customers from simply using the forms after a certain time/date and also forwarding them onto friends etc for them to use without paying for the downloads.
