how to set http paremeter in php?

Hello:

I want to acheve a function like this: when user click the "next ", the php page will include a different page, similar for "back" text. i have including the code.

for some reaosn: one paremeter p can not be change its value?? namly it's always stay in pages[1]. never go to pages[2].

and i don't want to use php session .
