Convert "url string" to real url

[link:15]my text2[/link] should be <a href="index.html?15">my text2</a>
[link:155]my text2[/link] should be <a href="index.html?155">my text2</a>

All of these kind of links should be replace into my string. The string can contain several links.

Could you explain a little bit more ?

I see the parameter of the link is not correct, as there seems to be a value but not the name of the parameter, such as:

    page.htm?param_name=value

could you paste your current code so we can look at it. Are your links [link:10] static or dynamic

could you use [link:$variable] and then  somthing like
index.htm?link=$variable?

You can do this in PHP with a regex using code like ...

(see snippet below)

The input string is in variable $subject and the result, with replacements, will be in $result.

You should use an appropriate name/value pair in the part of the URL after the ? character.  Just one thing will not work well when 2 are expected (a name and value).  This was a good point from the expert above and will effect how usable the URL is to the server.
