Sort and array by child value

Hello,

I'm trying to sort an array but am having trouble, The array looks like the one below, I would like to reorder the array so that it is ordered by the [1] value of each child array.

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this? Also the structure of this array can be changed if needed.Start Free Trial
