Passing Multiple selections from a form to a script

I have the following display block, which displays a form. I want the user to be able to make multiple selections. How do I name each selection so that when I pass it to a script, I get everything that the user selects?

      </tr>

append brackets to the name of the select:

<td><select name="entityID[]" multiple> 

Then on the server, to iterate over all the selected options:

foreach($_REQUEST['entityID'] as $v)
 echo $v;

Where does the second part go? In the same file or the script I'm passing the info to?

In the script you want to pass info to.

And you'd better use $_POST instead of $_REQUEST includes COOKIE values also. Sometimes, for easy to be developed in future, it would be better user $_POST instead of $_REQUEST;

Since you have a <select>...</select>, I also expect you to have a <form>...</form>.

On the form tag you should have an action attribute:
<form action="somescript.php"...>

So, when you submit the page, the data will be sent to "somescript.php". Hence, the "second" part is meant for "somescript.php" - the script that will receive and process the data submitted.
