php suppress empty form fields when email is sent

H Guys,

Pretty simple question hopefully a simple answer.

I've got some long forms where I use my own customised php script to send form emails.
At present the entire entire email contains all fields.
What I'd like is to only email those fields that have a value and suppress all other fields.
