hide facebook id from image file name

Hi there, i am building a facebook application where privacy of users is mostly important. I want to be able to show pictures of users but not show names. however when you request a picture of a user on facebook the pictures name contains his/her id. Thus its very easy to track down the user profile for that person.
Is there a way to either change the filename or to not allow every user to be able to save the image so he/she cant get the name of the file?Start Free Trial
