Call php code in html?

HI
I have one php file with code similar to this (displaying  image).
And I have html file who use css and html
My question is how can i display  result image from php file in to some position in html file????
e.x between 2 paragraphs <p> </p>
What should i change?? Organize php in functions???   Please give me code
