SMTP not working with mail()

Hi,

I am running my php script which is not returning any errors and the echo in the last line is being displayed. The Windows SMTP is running, however, mails are not being sent to my inbox.

These are mt php.ini settings:
SMTP = localhost
smtp_port = 25
