Curl Problem

I am not understanding why the server ignore the request.
This should trigger the excel file download .. but it does not.
There is very little documentatikon on Curl and VIEWSTATE and I reqad it all, I cannot find an example though.
Anybody out there as had experience Curl'ing into a ASPX site?
