How to access file from one another server using PHP

Hi,

I'm working on a project and having one particular problem. The project requires me to access a folder and move the files inside it to another location. The moving part is alright as long as the folder itself is in the same server as the PHP script. Problem come in when the folder is inside another server. Detail scenario is as below

Original file:  ServerA/myFolder/myFiles.txt
Destination: ServerB/mySecondFolder/myFiles.txt
PHP file is on ServerB.

ServerA is just a normal data storage (i.e. no access from outside). I own both server and have full access to both. Can anyone tell me whether this is possible? And if it is, how to achieve it. Any help would be much appreciate.
