Banner Ad Management System advice (php, mysql)

Hellow all,

I have been search online for a Banner Ad Management System to use on a site that i am currently building. There is so mutch to choose from, i cannot 'see the tree through the forest' (a typical dutch saying)

So i am directing to you, does someone have a good experience with a system like this. It does'nt have to be a free product, i am interested in a commercial version to.

The system preferences:

- able to upload jpg images
- there is limited space, on each page there are 4 or 5 banner 'slots', when there are more banners available than those 5 slots they system needs to display other banners when a pege gets refreshed or when a visitor navigates to another page.
- banner statistics (views, click thru, etc...)
- limited display time, i need to be able to tell the system to show a banner only a limited amount of time. For instance from the 1st of month 3 to the 30st of month 6

Any help finding a system like this is greatly appriciated.
