How to send mail when Captcha is valid.

Experts,

I am fairly new at web design and am trying to install captcha on my form.

I have been following the example shown on this link: http://www.encaps.net/software/php-captcha/

and everything is working with the exception that I do not know how to handle the validation.

My form used to have : <form method="post" action="sendmail.php"> which sent the message when the user clicked on submit.

What do I write in the "captcha is valid" to call sendmail.php ?

Any idea how to handle an invalid captcha : ie put a red dot beside the captcha input box or something...
