PHP exec() problem

Hello,

I have a problem after uploading a video in osTube with the conversion process. It does not occur automatically. When I try to execute the conversion command manually on my uploaded video it works without problems. I think that exec() does not accept passing variables in the command to execute.

 I have made sure I am using php-cli and I am editing in the right ini file. I am running Lighttpd 1.4.22.
