Question

'Charset' Issues - No French Characters??

Hello!

So I am having a few issues with my site and French characters (i.e. é, à, î, etc.). I have changed the charset of my site to a bunch of different options but French characters are still coming up as random symbols.

In the past, I have used 'ISO-8859-1' and it seemed to work fine. But I can't get it to work this time around.

You can find my site here: http://29639.vws.primus.ca (it's just a splash page for now but you'll still see the issues with the French characters on the right side).

I've pasted my header content below (I've removed my CSS styling though). If anyone has any suggestions, I can really use the help! Thanks.
