Missing FastCgiModule in IIS 7 Error 500.21

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error
Handler "ZendPHPviaFastCGI" has a bad module "FastCgiModule" in its module list.

I know nothing about IIS, but I noticed that in IIS Manager, in Modules, there wasn't a FastCgiModule listed.

I need it so that I can browse to http://localhost/ZendServer to manage my newly installed Zend Community Server.

I read somewhere that I need to install Windows Server 2008 to have the missing module installed, but don't really want to purchase that.

I am using Vista, from MS Visual Studio 2005 I can create ASP.Net applications. If you need any other info please tell me how to find it because I probably won't know how.
