how to get the sum of numbers located in a row sql results !

Hello,
I have a row in a table that numbers these stand for visits.
How can we get the sum of the numbers ?

 for example i need to fetch like that

select from table where section=1
I need to get the sum of numbers located on visits row related to this mysql fetch.
