I want to remove the phpbb login and registeration section and implement my own site login section.
Hi, I just set up PHPBB forum for a site.
My site has its own login area i.e I have my own users table in my database.
I want to remove the phpbb login and registeration section. If any user login in my site then it will automatically login to the forum .
So please let me know how can we do this

Since you have your own database (MySQL Right?)
Then, in the PHPBB, simply change the User table over to yours.

Example of doing this in Access Database. Maybe you can figure it out in MySQL.
Is that you share a Table within a Database with another Database.
Like in your case (And mine as well) You want to share the Users table
Across multiple Database's.
Once you share the Table with the other Database, You will be able to use that Table just like it was one of that database's own tables.
One you do that, then you can go in and customize your Login and Reg pages.
