Sending email newsletter to phpBB Forurm members

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any option to send out monthly email newsletters with custom HTML email content for all the members of a discussion board running on phpBB? Is there any mass mailing plugin that is available that will help me do this?

Not with the built in mass email, but there is a mod for it:)
