How to change language with PHPBB
I installed PHPBB3 newest OK
and installed addition Language Pack 'vi'
In Language Pack, ACP display 2 option 'en' and 'vi'
But how to change all setting language of admin and user from 'en' to 'vi'?
(Why in Language pack, have not function of Set Default language to 'vi' or other? )

what do you mean, do you mean to change the ACP to the VI pack?
I don;t know what language the VI pack is, but i beleive the packs only are for the baord and the the ACP.
and to change your language you would need to go to you UCP, and change your default language.
