PHPBB3 MODs installing with AutoMOD

Hi

I installed
phpBB3 3.0.7 PL1
AutoMOD 1.0.0-RC3
UMIL 1.0.2

now I want to configure/use AutoMOD to install other MODs but do not know how.
I can supply screen shots if need be, I am not a php programmer.
in the ACP I have .MODs and AutoMOD as well as
ACP  -> AutoMOD  -> AutoMOD (AutoMOD and AutoMOD Configuration)
have no clue what to do with them in order to use them to install other MODs like:
Admin_Userlist
Anti Double Post
User IP Logs.
and many others.

please give the big picture and the details to archive this task.
