Looking for a DHTML drop-down menu

Hi, I am new in web programming and I am looking for a dhtml drop-down menu. Where can I find a menu tutorial which support showing the drop-down menu in another frame and the "root" of the menu is a image rather then text?? Please help..

Yeah, probably brothercake's menu or HV menu at dynamicdrive.com will do what you're looking for without much hassle.

CoffeeCup HTML Editor is using the HV Menu in its menu builder add-on now...

Thanks for all your valuable advice!! Actually I am also trying to find out reference on dhtml drop-down menu by myself. As I do not have much time to implement complicated meun, so I look for easily configurable, cross-browser (cross-frame is not required according to the new requirement...), bug free, support rollover effect on the root image and "free" script.

I am now testing the one in http://www.dhtmlcentral.com/projects/coolmenus/?m=10

it is cool but I still find some problems on it (eg, browser resize problem)I wish I can figure it out.

Do all of you have some other references on the dhtml drop-down menu for me??

Your help is highly appreciated...

The one you are working on right now is the best we have got. And yes, the resize problem is there. :o(
but still I'll recommend it, 'coz you never get unexpected results.

Thanks puranik, actually I am still fresh in using the coolMenu4, the resize problem that I mention is that, when I resize the browser, the root menu items overlap to each other. But after I changed the config. of the menu  and place the menu in a table, the problem is solved. The configured menu is what I desire!

And I would like to know about the resize problem that you mention, so that I can see if it is a matter in my application.. thanks..
