delete a row from a  datagrid whose datasource is Arraylist

Hi,

I have a datagrid for which the datasource is Arraylist.

I need to delete a selected row from the Datagrid. I have a linkbutton called delete in the datagrid. when this button is clicked on a row , that row must be deleted.

How to do this?
