Passing Form values to Paypal

I have included the html code for paypal buynow click payment.
When i tested the transaction, everything was perfect, we got the emails notification from paypal for both sender and receiver end. But the IPN didnot work. I had given the notify_url so that i get the IPN from paypal, and i wanted to process based on the information returned from paypal, but nothing happened, after payment it just went to the return url given in my form. It didnot give any error also.

Following are the fields i am passing to paypal:
