how can i fix this script to post a form

Hello ,
I need to post these forms using javascipt but it give this erro when submitting

document.updatetext1 is null or not an object

my mane problem that if i use normal submit button action it messed up and it only refresh the page
so if there a way to make a submit button for each form that post it it own form that would be also a solution .
