Hosting rss feeds from an IHS/apache Server

I manage some IHS/apache 1.3X instances on an AIX server.  The question I have is, can anyone point me to docs/URLs to do this?  Also, does hosting the rss feeds create a huge load on a server?  Would these be best served by hosing rss feeds on a different server?  Thanks for any info on the above.Start Free Trial
