Problem with RSS feed link, how do I get the link to pull in more information then just one parameter?

I want to pull in more then one state or area with the following rss feed link.  I know that if you put http://rss.bs.com/job.rss?states=California, it sets a link in all that is available for that state.  So, how do I set the link for multiple states?  Thanks!
