Where can I find rss xml feeds that contain images? -- Specific to Country if possible?

I know I can type in rss image in google, but i dont get relevabt results

what i really want is rss links that contain news with images about a particular topic

For example topics based on Hong Kong Or Technology Or any country
but the feed should have images?

Any idea where i can find these, i tried rss finder.com etc.etc. no lucky
