youtube RSS feeds on keywords

Hello,

I usually find something interesting on youtube (e.g. Mickey mouse) and create RSS feed for the search keyword (e.g. "mickey mouse"). The problem is, that I'm regularly getting the videos I have already seen.
Do you know how to do it, to get only new videos?
The videos were really the same (from the same author)
