Excel 2007 and Web Service Integration

There are some plug-ins for web service integration and excel 2003 or older versions. I want to integrate Excel 2007 with web service. Can it be done with the built in data gather options that besides in excel. Or by doing some extra effort to adding a macro to get data from a web service, or what can be done as extra.

Microsoft downlaod center provides a free toolkit that will assit you with integrating webservices into excel.  The following link will also assist you.

Hi Karanba

It is possible to integrate web services in excel 2007.  This will however require the use of Office Sharepoint Server.  Office Sharepoint server will require ASP.net 2.0 and .net framework 3.0 to be installed on the server prior to installation.  ASP.net 1.1 will not work.
