Getting WSDL from a Webservice that is protected by a Client Certificate

Asked by iaidun in Web Services and WCF, Web Services Description Language, SOAP

I am trying to make a connection to a Webservice that is protected by a Client Certificate.  The webservice is from an external company running on Linux and I am trying to retrieve the WSDL so that I can create my proxy class in ASP.NET after which I can add my Client Certificate to it and make the webservice calls.  My problem is that I can`t get the WSDL.  When I try to hit the webservice from IE, it doesn`t work since it needs a client certificate which I can`t provide to it as the dialog box that appears asking for me to choose a certificate is blank.  I believe it is blank since my client certificate is not in my personal store, and I can`t add it to my personal store (which I have tried to do) since it is not a personal certificate.

Any ideas on how I can possibly get IE to show my certificate in it`s little popup or any ideas on how I can get the WSDL a different way.
