configure SSL on ISA 2000 Server for Internal user to external web site

Well I have ISA server 2000 on Win 2000 SERVER , I want Internal Lan clients to make SSL connection between their computer and and external web site ,how to configure on ISA Server 2000 so it can forward request from Internal usa using SSL , I have 1 static Ip for external NIC and I have 1 class for Internal LAN,
the LAn have a JDD server trying to make a SSL connection to outside world web server, but give following error, need to know full configuration and setting of ISA server 2000Start Free Trial
