WSDL Error: Not compiling in .NET

All,

I have a WSDL I've been crafting which may be found on the following URL: http://api.limelock.com/api/limelock.wsdl

It is compiling just fine on the PHP side of things.  However, .NET is choking on it (I downloaded Visual Web Express 2008 and tried building it there to ensure it would work.)

I get the following error:

Error      1      Unable to import binding 'LimeLockBinding' from namespace 'http://api.limelock.com/api/limelock.wsdl'.      App_WebReferences/com/limelock/api/
