Object "framed" even after specifying border 0

Asked by Anindya_M in Extensible HTML (XHTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)

Tags: XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Internet Explorer 6

I have a simple XHTML file, with a top level navigation menu and the main content consists of a div with an object tag, which will display the HTML file as chosen by the user in the navigation menu. In the CSS, I have specified a border of 0. But still the object appears with a "frame" and a vertical scrollbar. I believe it may not be possible to remove the scrollbar without using javascript, but is there any way to remove the frame around the object.

I am attaching a screenshot of my page, with a document around the oval I am referring to.Start Free Trial
