I am sick and TIRED OF DOCTYPE AND VALIDATION !!!! its driving me insaine.
Im going to upload a bunch of seperate questions each worht 500 points and all i want back is my code changed or fixed so that it will be valid in 4.01 xhtml strict or transitional. Which ever one will work with internet explorer mozilla and safari

keep in mind that all these pages load up in a frame

the index was build in 4.01 frameset
