Going from html only website to PHP/Database driven website

Asked by max7 in PHP for Windows, Extensible HTML (XHTML), Dynamic HTML (DHTML)

Tags: web development, database driven websites, PHP

I am creating my own personal website which will initially be very simple (between 3-5 pages at most).  Originally I was just going to create it using DHTML/CSS/and hopefully if I can learn it quickly enough, using Flash as well.  My ultimate goal is to learn PHP/MySQL to create Database driven websites so my question is: if I create this or any other website initially not using PHP/MySQL (i.e. only using html/css/javascript, etc.) how difficult it is to later on to alter it so it becomes a database driven site using PHP/MySQL?Start Free Trial
