major xml/xslt problem... ok in IE6, not ok in IE5

Hello,

I have made a asp page where a variable is filled with xml elements.
With next code, I put the xml file via an xslt on screen. In Internet Explorer 6.0 it works very good, BUT in IE5.0 it goes totally wrong and the xslt style sheet is being displayed without any data in it.
This is the little code how I put the variable in asp to xml:

Is it because of the xpath? Do you also need to see my xslt file? If somebody can help me, please let me know!
