Saving form data as xml

I have a Flash form in which the user enters the required data. I would like this data to be saved as an XML file in a folder on the web server. How can I do this, and ensure that data from the next user is saved within the same folder, but with a different filename? I am on a Windows server with ASP.Start Free Trial
