sorting xml nodes by specific data in node element

Hi

I need help in sorting the xml nodes and rearrange then in lowest price first order. The prices are present in each node element. I know i cant do it in xml file ..i have to make xslt file for that, rearrange it and save it back to xml file. As i dont know anything about xslt n how to implement n use it. Can anyone guide me how to achieve the target mentioned above.
Below is the xml file i need to rearrange.
