auto create .xml file

i have 2 logical drives on my pc C & D
on D drive have 1 file password.xml , i opened with notepad saw like this :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><passwords><current_password>×;"Nzc>à</current_password><new_password>É;’Dyi</new_password></passwords>
 
i don't what can this file do on my pc

And i saw 2 file save D:\ with name are: msvcr71.dll  msvcp71.dll
