Using Oracle XML Publisher with client server

Can I use Oracle XML Publisher with Oracle 9i db to create new reports or replace exisitng Oracle (6i) reports?  I don't have the E-Business Suite or an application server.  It has to be Oracle's XML Publisher as opposed to another vendor's.Start Free Trial
